How do I participate?
Register your team by filling in the required entry form available from your golf professional and return it with deposits ($250 USD per person) as soon as possible to secure your position. Full payment is due by January 4, 2010.
Pro Am Package Includes:
° Five nights accommodation at Rose Hall Resort & Spa, a Hilton Resort
° Four rounds of golf: Two rounds on Cinnamon Hill, one on White Witch & one on Half Moon
° Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily
° Unlimited house brand drinks
° All resort taxes and fees
° Return transfers to/from Montego Bay Airport
° Merit Golf Vacations event management package, including services of two staff members to run the event

Due Now
A deposit of $250 USD per person must accompany your completed team registration form. Cancellation protection fees, if requested must also accompany the team deposit. Merit Golf Vacations accepts Visa, MasterCard & personal cheques. Once your deposit has been received, invoices will be sent and full payment is required by January 4, 2010.
Substitutions
Each participating team must have a full complement of four players. If a team member must cancel, the team is responsible for finding a substitute player. Changes within 30 days may be subject to cancellation penalties.

Handicaps
It is the responsibility of each player in conjunction with the team professional to provide a signed verifiable handicap factor. Factors will be verified prior to the start of the Pro Am. In the event that a factor cannot be verified the player will play from zero. Amateurs will play to 100 per cent of handicap and receive a maximum of 18 strokes.
